What Giday connects to

A short, plain list. If a connection is on this page, it does something real on a call today, and you can see which plan it's on and how you switch it on.

Booking software, through your calendar

Practice and booking software that publishes a calendar feed works with Giday the same way any calendar does: Giday reads the feed for what's taken and publishes its own bookings back as a feed. If yours publishes a feed, it works.

If your diary is one only your own desk can write to, there's a booking-request mode: the request is taken on the call and sent to your desk to add. The receptionist backup page explains it.

Use a different job system?

Every booking still reaches you complete: by text and email as it happens, into your calendar, and with the call transcript on the Steady plan and up. Nothing is lost between the call and your system, and you add it the way you always have.

Not sure about yours? Ask before you sign up — hello@giday.com.au or ring (02) 7501 0101 — and you'll get a straight answer.

Most of it needs nothing connected

Giday answers in your business name, books into your calendar, quotes from the price list you approve, and tells you what happened. None of that needs an integration. The full plan table is on the pricing page.

Straight answers

Does Giday book into my job system?
If your job system is ServiceM8, yes, on the Busy plan and up: each booking becomes a scheduled job. With any other system, every booking reaches you by text and email and lands in your calendar.
Which calendars does Giday work with?
Any calendar that publishes an iCal feed, which includes Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. Giday reads it before offering a time and publishes its own bookings back as a feed.
Is there a setup fee for integrations?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan. The ServiceM8 link is included in the Busy and Flat Out plans.
What if I use a different system?
Every booking still arrives complete by text and email, and in your calendar. Ask before you sign up and we'll tell you plainly whether there's a direct link for yours.
