Does it actually book jobs, or just take messages?
It books them. Giday sees your live calendar, offers real available times, locks the job in, and texts the customer a confirmation โ€” the booking lands in your phone's calendar. Message-taking is the fallback, not the product.
How does it know my prices?
You give us your price list once (or we lift it from your website). Giday quotes the way you would โ€” one honest number, confirmed on the job.
What about the 2am calls?
Answered like every other call, no after-hours surcharge. True emergencies can be patched through to your on-call number; everything else gets booked for business hours.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and Giday announces it at the start of every call โ€” that keeps things straight in every Australian state, and you get transcripts of the lot.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. You divert your number (one dial code, reversible any time), we load your prices and calendar, done. No $800 setup fee โ€” no setup fee at all.
What if I go over my minutes?
Overage is $0.69/min โ€” but it's capped at the price gap to the next plan. Blow the cap and we just bump you up for that month. Nobody ever gets a bill-shock invoice.
