Guides

Plain answers to the questions small businesses actually ask about their phones — written from running one, dated, and kept to what we can show. No keyword soup.

Every guide, newest first

How we write these

Every guide is dated, says where its numbers come from, and claims nothing the product doesn't do. Prices we quote for other services are their published prices on the day we checked, and we say the day. Where a question is really a legal one, we say so and send you to someone who can answer it. If a guide is out of date, the date at the top tells you — and hello@giday.com.au reaches a person who will fix it.

Straight answers

Who writes Giday's guides?
The people who run Giday — a small Brisbane company that also runs a trade business and has paid for human answering services, lost jobs to voicemail, and now runs the receptionist that books them. The guides are reviewed against what the product actually does before they go up.
How often are new guides added?
A couple a month. We'd rather publish twelve good ones a year than fifty thin ones.
Can I ask for a guide on something?
Yes — email hello@giday.com.au. If enough people ask the same question, it becomes the next one.
